What is the Eligibility for PGIMER 2022?
PGIMER Aspirants are required to fulfil the eligibility criteria to apply for the post-graduate entrance examination. The PGIMER Exam 2021 eligibility criteria set by the exam conducting authority, Chandigarh. The terms of the eligibility of PGIMER Exam 2021 mentioned below.
For MD/ MS course:
Qualification: Candidates must have to qualify for an MBBS degree from MCI recognized university to be eligible.
Registration: Candidates must be registered under the Central/ state medical registration council.
For DM/MCH and DM Hospital Administration:
Qualification: Candidates must have a qualified MD/ MS degree or its equivalent degree from any recognized board or university.
Registration: Candidates must have registered under the central/ state medical registration council.
Age Limit: He/ She be at least 37 years age for general category as on or before 31st December 2020, 42 years for SC/ ST category& 40 years for OBC category candidate to be eligible for PGIMER Exam 2021.

Details about PGIMER 2022 Application form
- PGIMER 2022 Application Form has been made available via online mode.
- Candidates are able to fill the form from October 2022 for MD/MS & DM/ MCH and DM Hospital Administration course respectively.
- The last date to submit the application form is till March 2022 for MD/ MS and till October 2022 for DM/ M.Ch courses.
- While filling the application form, candidates must upload passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
- Candidates are advised to apply for only one subject in DM/ M.Ch courses. More than one application form will not be accepted.

PGIMER 2022 Result
The results of the PGIMER entrance exam 2021 will be available online at pgimer.edu.in. The result is published in the form of a merit list, which includes the names and roll numbers of qualified candidates. Candidates are not notified individually by phone when the results are announced. The official website publishes a combined merit list based on the percentile obtained by all candidates who took the entrance exam. Candidates who pass the entrance exam must then appear for the Institute’s counselling round.
